We're so excited to welcome you all to Stealth BJJ Teesside!

Our brand new gym will be open in 2020 and we can't wait to show you what we've created. Stealth BJJ Teesside will include a full range of BJJ classes, including Beginners BJJ and also the option of ladies only classes. All classes will take place on our 200 sqm of mat space (double what our current customers are used to!) We also have a fully equipped gym, Ladies and Mens changing rooms (both with showers), heating, aircon, and the added bonus of a Healthy Kitchen Cafe inside our premises. 

So, who are the names behind the new Stealth BJJ Teesside? Jamie Taylor & Luis Mccarthy. 

As many of you will know, Jamie Taylor has taught BJJ for over 10 years now. He has worked in gyms ever since he left school, focussing mainly on PT work, and began teaching submission grappling in 2009. Since then, he has worked full time as a BJJ instructor and has very recently been awarded his BJJ Black Belt. 

Luis Mccarthy is a purple belt and has been training in BJJ since 2013.  Luis is also a successful businessman in the Teesside area and is the name behind each of the JMAC brands; Scaffolding, Safety Systems & Industrial Services. 

6 years on since Jamie & Luis first met at a BJJ class they have decided to take their passion one step further. They've gone from coach & client to great friends, and now business partners. The friendly nature of the gym means everyone is welcome, our supportive culture is key to producing a strong team and a productive learning environment.
